SitecoreAI introduces a streamlined, intuitive navigation that brings all your essential tools together, making it easier than ever to plan, create, launch, and optimise digital experiences. The SitecoreAI navigation is organised into six main areas: Strategy, Channel, Design, Content, Performance, and Agentic. Each area brings together related tools and features, with several new additions and improvements.
Strategy
- Assistant: Access AI-powered guidance and support directly from the main navigation.
- Briefs: Quickly generate and manage campaign briefs to kickstart your marketing initiatives.
- Campaigns: Formerly “Projects” under Planning, now centralised for easier access and management.
Channel
- Collections & Sites: Previously found under “Portfolio”, now more accessible for managing your digital properties. Design
- Design studio: Previously Design library, AI-powered workspace for creating and managing design components.
- Components: Create, customise, and manage reusable website components. Ensure consistency and speed across all your digital experiences.
- Forms: Build and edit forms for capturing leads, feedback, and customer data.
- Brand Kits: Organise and apply your brand’s visual identity, including logos, colours, and typography. Maintain brand consistency across every channel and asset.
Content
- Explorer, Content Editor, Media Library: Familiar tools for managing content and assets, now easier to find and use.
Performance
- Sites: Previously Analytics, monitor and optimise performance across all channels in one place.
- Forms, A/B Tests: Previously under Analytics, now surfaced for direct access.
- Search, Events, Traffic: Gain deeper insights with new analytics and reporting features.
Agentic
- Chat: Start conversations with SitecoreAI’s intelligent assistant. Get instant answers, guidance, and support directly from the platform.
- Agents: Design, deploy, and manage AI agents that automate marketing tasks. Agents can plan campaigns, generate content, segment audiences, and optimise workflows.
- Flows: Build and automate multi-step marketing processes. Connect agents, data, and actions to orchestrate sequences like campaign launches, content approvals, or lead nurturing.
- Signals: Set up real-time triggers based on customer behaviour, campaign performance, or external events. Use Signals to activate agents or workflows instantly when something important happens.
- Spaces: Collaborate in dedicated workspaces for projects, teams, or campaigns. Bring together people, content, agents, and workflows in one place.
- Users: Manage access and permissions for agents and workflows. Control who can create, deploy, or manage automation tools.
Settings
Remains the same with access to manage Languages, Analytics identifiers and Publishing jobs.
- Page builder: The page builder is a What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) interface that offers a wide range of editing and design functionalities for building content pages.
- Chat: Start conversations with SitecoreAI’s intelligent assistant, agents and flows directly. Get instant answers, guidance, and support directly from the platform.
- Apps: Access to the apps installed on your instance, including the Marketplace, Building apps and All apps installed.
- Help: From links to documentation, Sitecore Support Portal and Sitecore’s Collaborative Program.
The Sitecore Cloud Portal is still available for accessing specific capabilities.
