Add custom headers to Forms webhooks

We're making Forms webhooks more flexible by introducing support for custom request headers.

You can now add your own header name and value pairs when configuring a webhook, giving you greater control over how form submissions are sent to external systems. Custom headers are available for all authentication types and are sent alongside your existing webhook configuration.

Benefits

  • Connect Forms to a broader range of external APIs and services.

  • Add any number of custom headers to webhook requests.

  • Use custom headers with Basic authentication, OAuth 2, API key authentication, or no authentication.

  • Quickly configure common headers with suggested header names, or define your own.

  • Enjoy a consistent configuration experience that aligns with request setup in Sitecore Components.

This enhancement gives you more flexibility when integrating Forms with external platforms, making it easier to meet specific API requirements while using the existing webhook delivery mechanism.
