Profile import is an API-first, bulk ingestion capability in SitecoreAI that helps customers add or update SitecoreAI profiles by importing a JSON Lines (JSONL) file that contains profile data.
You can use profile import to support data migrations, CRM integrations, data onboarding, and other bulk workflows that involve importing or updating large numbers of profiles.
Use profile import to:
Migrate data from an external CRM or customer data platform into SitecoreAI.
Onboard new data from a partner or third-party system.
Update existing profiles with new contact information or custom attributes.
Keep data in sync with an external source of truth on an ongoing basis.
