Identity resolution automatically recognizes and unifies site visitor profiles across multiple devices, channels, and sessions in real time. This unified, accurate view of each visitor powers data-driven personalization decisions. You can set up identity resolution by capturing identity events on your site and creating an identity rule.
Affinities are preference scores that help you understand what site visitors are most interested in based on the pages they view. After setting up affinities for a site and its individual pages, SitecoreAI automatically calculates and continuously updates affinity scores in real time as visitors view those pages.
