For app users
Sitecore Marketplace users can now track the progress of community ideas and find published apps that implement them.
On the Share your app ideas page of the Marketplace, you can track ideas through the following statuses:
Requested - no app is linked to the idea yet.
Planned - an app that implements the idea is being developed.
Implemented - one or more Marketplace apps implement the idea and are available in the public Marketplace.
On the Share your app ideas page, the new Community voice in action section highlights the most recently published Marketplace apps that implement community ideas.
On the idea details page, the new Inspired by this idea section lists the public Marketplace apps that implement the idea.
For app developers
If you're building a public Marketplace app, link it to the relevant community idea. This helps increase your app's visibility in the Sitecore community. Linking is available for public apps in the In development status and ideas in the Requested or Planned status. After Sitecore confirms a link and you publish your app, the Sitecore community can discover your app from the idea details page
