The Analytics section has moved from beta to general availability, and includes the System insights and Content effectiveness pages.
The System insights page provides key statistics and reports about entities and entity definitions in your Content Hub instance.
Track the total number of entities, definitions, and taxonomies in your instance.
See the split between built-in versus custom definitions and taxonomy definitions.
View specific reports about entity definitions.
The Content effectiveness page provides insights into how assets perform when shared through public links, tracking metrics such as:
Total number of views.
Most and least accessed assets and links.
Geographic distribution of link activity.
Top countries and referring websites.
Views by device type and browser.
Link health checks, such as broken (404) links or large files that might impact delivery.
By default, only superusers can access these pages. To grant other users access, you must configure a rule that grants Read permission on the Analytics portal page (Portal.Page: Analytics).
