Profile traits in Sitecore CDP help you understand a customer’s historical activity without having to do any additional configuration. These predefined attributes—such as Total Spend, Average Order Value, and Most Purchased Product—are automatically calculated from past interactions, updated daily, and recorded against each customer profile.
Use profile traits to build audience segments, access key customer metrics, and improve targeting. You can apply them to conditions, segmentation, and analytics. If you have both CDP and Personalize, you can also use profile traits in experiments and experiences.
