Marketplace apps can now retrieve the rendered HTML of the page currently open in the SitecoreAI Page builder by using the new getPageHTML() method in the Marketplace SDK.
This gives Marketplace apps a standard, supported way to read the page's rendered canvas output, with editing chrome and frames removed, instead of relying on fragile workarounds like scraping the DOM.
You can use this to build overlays and annotations, drive automation workflows, or feed page content into downstream services, without needing to reconstruct the page from field data yourself.

Recycle bin conflict restore conflict resolution
Recycle bin restore now handles item-version conflicts explicitly. If an archived item or version already exists in the target database, users and API callers can choose how to resolve the conflict. In the UI, when restoring from Recycle Bin and a conflict is detected, a Restore Conflict dialog is shown for that conflicting item/version, allowing the user to select the appropriate strategy. See the 'Recycle bin restore conflict resolution guide' below for more details.

When restoring as new, the restored item name gets a restore suffix so users can distinguish it from the live item. The suffix format is controlled by Archiving.RestoreAsNewNameFormat (default: \"{0} restored {1:yyyy-MM-dd}\"). In that format string, {0} is the original item name and {1} is the current UTC date/time at restore time. If the generated name already exists under the same parent, a numeric suffix is appended to make it unique.

Lightweight, bot-aware tracking – a new createBotTrackingMiddleware detects crawler traffic, records a single server-side page view on the bot channel, and skips personalization automatically so bot requests don't skew analytics or trigger unnecessary CDP calls.
Loaders cache layer with tag-based revalidation – loader results (page and dictionary data) are now cached via unstorage, configurable at the global, per-loader, and per-route level. A new /api/revalidate endpoint lets you invalidate cache entries by tag, for example from a Sitecore Edge webhook.
Redirects middleware – requests are now matched against SXA redirect items and redirected (301/302) or rewritten before reaching personalization.
Plugins and adapters architecture – analytics, events, and personalization are now exposed as composable plugins with environment-specific adapters (browser, server, and Express), making it possible to build custom adapters when the default visitor identification or storage behavior doesn't fit your application.

Previously, translation used guidance from either Glossary and Localization or Do's and Don'ts depending on what was configured. Now, SitecoreAI considers guidance from both sections together during the same translation, helping ensure translated content follows both your preferred terminology and broader brand guidance.
We have also resolved an issue where terms configured in the Glossary and Localization section were not applied during AI page translation. Glossary terms are now applied as expected alongside applicable Do's and Don'ts rules.

We’ve introduced brand context in SitecoreAI, a new feature that helps AI agents generate grounded, brand-aligned responses using structured, comprehensive information about your brand.
Instead of building brand context from scratch, organization admins and owners can simply provide a brand website URL or select an existing site. SitecoreAI analyzes the provide source, along with related publicly available brand and marketing information, to generate editable brand context files.
These files capture key details about your brand, including company information, products and services, target audiences, messaging, content guidelines, customer evidence, and other brand-specific details. The files use Markdown format, which helps make the information easier for AI agents to process and apply.
With Brand context, teams can:
Quickly generate a reusable starting set of brand context files.
Create multiple brand contexts to support different brands, websites, regions, business units, or other brand needs.
Allow all organization users to view the Brand context files available to AI agents.

Harmonized Incremental publishing setting
Harmonized Incremental publishing's 'publish related items' setting to false, which ensures that when an Incremental publishing job is started, only the items from the incremental queue are published. Publishing related items can result in significant delays to the publishing process.
Extended retryable HTTP status codes for the Edge runtime publishing worker client.
The Layout publishing worker has been extended to return two new HTTP status codes: 504 Gateway Timeout and 503 Service Unavailable. This will assist users when there are issues with transient key-value storage connectivity.

We’ve added new features to the Briefs tab on the campaign overview page, making it easier to manage all briefs associated with a campaign in one place. You can now complete common brief management tasks directly from this tab instead of navigating to the main Briefs page.
What’s included
Add existing briefs - link one or more existing briefs directly to the campaign.
Create briefs manually - create a new brief from the Briefs tab. The new brief is automatically associated with the campaign.
Unlink briefs - remove the association between a brief and the campaign without deleting either item.
Sitecore is retiring support for LTSC2019-based container images in the Public ACR to ensure customers are running on supported and secure Windows container platforms. The affected images are: xmcloud/sitecore-xmcloud-cm, xmcloud/sitecore-xmcloud-mssql-init, and xmcloud/sitecore-xmcloud-solr-init.

Recommendation: Customers currently using LTSC2019 images should migrate to LTSC2022 or LTSC2025, both of which continue to receive security updates, bug fixes, and monthly releases.
After 15 Sep 2026, LTSC2019 images will no longer receive updates or maintenance.

Setting up the Marketer MCP server is now simpler in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Postman, and the Codex app.
Copilot Studio now uses the standard Model Context Protocol setup flow. The previous OAuth workaround, which required manually adding a resource query parameter to the authorization URL, is no longer needed.
New setup instructions are also available for Postman and the Codex app. These procedures cover connecting to the Marketer MCP server, authorizing access through Sitecore, selecting an organization and tenant, and testing the connection with a prompt such as List all available sites.
After setup, users can use prompts in Copilot Studio, Postman, or the Codex app to interact with SitecoreAI through the Marketer MCP server.

Publishing process can now handle invalid rendering data
Publishing is now resilient to invalid or corrupted rendering data in layout XML. Instead of failing the entire operation, invalid renderings are skipped during dependency computation, the rest of the page is published, and a warning is logged for visibility and troubleshooting.
